Thabo Ncube, founder of Chef Expressions, is an executive chef and creator of all kinds who blends straight-talking kitchen wisdom with laugh-out-loud honesty. A hard-working, humble family man, he shares practical tips—from simple flavour fixes to the real life of a chef—that make good food feel doable every day.
